Northern part of the island. Approx. 10km from the town of Edipsos, famous since ancient times for its thermal springs, as well clear beautiful beaches and impressive green nature.

Evia is the second largest Greek island with attractive shores and bays offering a surprising variety of magnificent landscape. Access from Athens is by road (via Halkida 90 mn drive) or via ferry boat (from Aghia Marina 45 mn or from Rafina 60 mn).

Small compound of three two-level stone built houses situated on a beachfront piece of land of 4,512m2 which has a sea frontage of 50 meters.

The houses are presently under construction and will have surfaces of 120m2 each, composed of two or three bedrooms, one bathroom, wc, lounge with fireplace, kitchen, sea decks with magnificent views. Central heating, air-conditioning, solar water heater, cable tv.

Common spaces will be stone-paved with paths and alleys leading to the beach.
